Still no help from LG - even on Hellopete

I logged a report on Hellopter more than a week ago. After a year, of waiting, and even logging a call on
hellopter, still no help from LG... I amso frustrated...

I logged a call for my Dishwasher last year. After countless calls, the machine is still not fixed.
Can someone at LG please take responsibility for customer issues.
LG has good products, but the service is horrible.

Someone please help, I am tired an being passed around with no solution...
