Very poor service

I got a samsung S2, as soon as you download anything from the play store, you are bothered the rest of your life by these annoying ads and pop ups, how do you get rid of this. Ill rather sell this poor product and buy an IPHONE.

I have tried to go online to ask them, but seems like the website also don't work, can e-mail samsung, cant go into the live chat.
