Absolutely no way to contact them!!!

I have a problem with one of their external harddrives... So I wanted to e-mail them to find out what to do... When I got to there website there was this awesome feature called "live chat" - The only problem is theres no one to chat to... It says all their chats are busy... no problem - I can e-mail them I thought... BIG MISTAKE - you go to some sort of an online e-mail form... that DOESN't work! So you can't submit that. Okay so now i'm irritated, but i'm going to phone them... NOPE nothing!!! They don't answer!!!

So what do I do now...?!
