No service-can't find any e-mail adress for samsun

Good day,

I have a problem with my new Samsung Galaxy S3. No worker of Samsung could help me with a e-mail address to mail someone with my problem. If I get hold of someone they pass the buck to another. In the meantime nobody is getting back to me. I am trying to solve this problem now for two months and couldn't get to the right person to help me at Samsung.

If any person that are working at Samsung could help me with my complain I will appreciate it very much.
