I purchased my Galaxy S3 in November 2012. In March I started to experience issue with the device and was recommended by my service provider, Cell C, to book it in for a service. My concern is that fault with the phone was the USB connection, i.e. I could not back my information up to my computer. I have since tried to contact Samsung support, which seems to be nonexistent. They have no local customer service which is quite alarming. I have tried logging calls on their web site, tried calling the head office, gone to the concept store etc. No one can assist. It seems like Samsung a great in selling product, but provide zero after care and customer support. I am quite despondent and at my wits end in how to address this issue. I have lost all faith and trust in Samsung and its product. How can you trust a company with no after sales support?
