I sent an enquiry after hours as I could not get my new Samsung S4 to pair to the Parrot MKi9200. Within 20 minutes Jeandre replied confirming that it is compatible and I probably need a software upgrade. She then offered to send one of their tech guys to me to do the upgrade. as I have 2 cars with the kits, she offered to send the tech guy twice, on different days, to upgrade each car.

I replied with what version I had, and she replied again a few minutes later with latest version numbers.

In the end I did not use their service, as I managed to upgrade myself with the info they provided.

BUT I think the quick response and offer was outstanding. I will do business with them anytime.
