Most pathetic service I have gotten in my life

Electronics and household app.

My first Samsung S4 broke on the 8th day of having it, it then took them 3 weeks but i got a new one. This one lasted 2 weeks and just went off one night. After fighting with them for 5 weeks I got given a new phone. Both phones were confirmed faulty due to the pc board. I then accidentaly dropped it cracking the screen. I took it in to User electronics in Pretoria to get it repaired. They said it would take 3 weeks. Coming Friday it would be 5 weeks that I have not had a phone. They keep saying that Samsung doesn't have stock and they don't deliver when they say they are going to. I think for a product that you constantly see advertised on the media, it is pathetic to wait 5 weeks for a new screen. They know how easily their screens break, so why not have enough stock to produce the service your clients expect? Since I took out my contract in July, I have had the phone for a full month, The other 3 months it has been either broken or in for repairs. But still I have to keep on paying for my contract at R400 per month. I would like my money back please. This is pathetic, I will never buy a Samsung again in my life.
