Double installation fee

Firstly I received a flyer advertising the integrated heat pump product for a rate of R11499 with an asterisk next to it stating clearly 'All prices include vat, installation and Eskom rebate'..

When I call to book and make payment suddenly there's a R3500 installation fee and they have all sorts of excuses. They have since changed their flyer.

I negotiated a new installation fee and paid upfront, I even sent them a picture of where the installation was to take place (replacing existing wall mounted geyser).
When installer arrived however he informed me the integrated system couldn't be wall mounted but must stand on the ground, that was fine - we could have quickly put up a platform for it to stand on but the installer suggested he come back after the weekend to complete the installation. This gave us time to build a cement platform which was preferable.
We did however confirm with the installer that no further costs would be involved.

When he didn't arrive as scheduled last Tuesday I mailed Sirair to enquire when installation would take place.
I only received a mail back yesterday, and despite escalating the matter they rudely insist I pay an additional call out fee.
