STILL NO RESPONSE TO ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Hello,

On 8 April 2013, Donovan Chetty confirmed by email that he will close my account and that i will not be charged anymore. Your debit order has already been cancelled to prevent your poor admin. WHY AM I GETTING A DEBIT ORDER REMINDER SMS and why has Donovan been ignoring all my emails for confirmation of account closure? I have been trying to close my account for 4 months, I've followed the procedure but no one is taking me seriously? I do not want excuses that it will take a few days. I submitted my official cancellation 4 months ago and you are in breach of contract! I will go to your regulator.
