Very rude on the phone, no refund

I am still waiting to hear back about my last complaint about Donovan Chetty who was very rude on the phone, speaking over me and arguing with me. I am also still waiting to hear when my refund is coming? I was promised by Jacomine that it would be handled as soon as possible. What is taking so long and has Donovan been spoken to about his behaviour?
