Tabs to access modules and -more- not available

To whom it may concern,

after the problem with the login in mylife is solved, another important issue came up. Due to strikes in SA my study material is since weeks stuck at the JHB International Mail Centre. Notification of UNISA stated that study material can be downloaded at myUnisa website. After the login I cannot find any tabs mentioned in myStudies-Unisa-2013, neither module site tabs nor the -more- tab to access the modules or download study material, study guides and tutorial letters. Time passes by and e-mails are not answered so far. Without any study material or supporting letters it is quite difficult to keep the given time frame to do all assignmets and be prepared for the exams. As a matter of urgency I kindly ask for support to solve this problem asap.
