Bad service

My name is Effy Manzini and my daughter goes to the above cheche. I paid the fees for this year in full but I started the payment last year. When the schools opened i gave them the proof of payment so that they could check if there is any fees out standing. I wanted the reciepts for the fees payment which I never got. instead i was given the run around by the principle till this week. When she told me that she had gone to the head office and had an answer for me. Only to find out that they say i owe fees from 2011 and 2012. Why wasnt i told before hand and now i need to go to Brixton to sort this out.
