SARS admin fees

Hi

I recently in 2012 made payment to SARS for charges they provided me with which I have proof of payment, I thereby then receive monthly admin fees charging me R500 monthly after payment has been made and account paid up. I call the call centre often and they advise me I have no payments outstanding. I have a recording of one of the operators who advised me I don't owe anything dated 9 November 2012. Monthly I stress due to this as I know I owe them nothing but yet I receive admin fees monthly and the costs are building up. This needs to stop and they need to remove charges as I paid my SARS what was owed. I am no longer or further going to pay
