Bad attitude/ incorrect biling

I just had da WORSE TREATMENT 4rm a woman called anna from debttec. Dey initially contacted me saying I owe 1 of thier client money, which is a Dr. Dis incident hppnd wen my wife gave birth 2 our son. We were unda da impression dat da medical their fees in full. Da next i get a call 4rm Dis anna woman wu informs me dat i'm going 2 b handed ova bcos of outstanding fees. I informed her dat we were nt aware of dos fees bt we'll sort it out. My wife contacted da Dr asking Y der was no correspondence 4rm dem regarding da outstanding fees. Long story short da Dr said we shud pay only what was owed 2 him and he'll contact des debttec ppl N sort it out. I paid da fees N 4warded da proof of payment. 2day i get 2 sms's dat i didn't pay da fees N my acc has been handed ova. I informed my wife N she followed it up only 2 find dis RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL woman named anna wu SHOUTED at her N hanged up the phone in her ear. So i phoned dis woman 2 understand what was going on? She was so RUDE 2 me as well. i told her i'm going 2 report her and she said i can go ahead and then hanged up on me.her ATTITUDE STINKS n she doesn't have da ryt 2 speak 2 any1 lyk dat. I WILL NT LET DIS GO. SIES MAAN!!!
