Scamming clients accounts

Despite regularly paying and showing proof of payment to Queenspark, they say payment was not made, and then wrongly charge non payment interest and fees and threaten to have one listed. I have given dates and amounts when payments went off my statements, and now taken to sending them this info.by registered mail. Talking has not helped. The fact is they charge extra fees to clients on an unjustified basis, including admin fees that are internal, is this not scamming us? Shameful, I will close my account there for sure, it's not worth the hassle..

Oh, and try some friendly customer service when it's pointed out that you are wrong!
