I enrolled with Pc Training & Business College in january of 2013, I then paid in R 9000 for my registration as put of my fees, then after a month paid in another R 4000.
After long discussuion with my in laws i was informed that both my husband and myself would be relocating to Lesotho after our wedding.
I immediately informed Pc Training & Business College about this, i was assisted by Tsesetso or Tsetse i dont remember his name.
He told me to get an affidavit fom the nearest polica station about this, i did this and took it back on the same day whic was on the 04/03/2013. We both went to the campus manager whom i dont remember her name, who told me to expect feedback within 3days, which woud have been on the 07/03/2013.
Tsesetso called me the following day on the 05/03/2013 and asked me to bring my proof of banking details and proof of payment of my fees. I managed to deliver these on the 07/03/2013.
I havent been called by anyone thus far advising on how far it is, so i called last week before the long weekend, and Yolanda told me she would call me back. Which she didnt.
So then i called again this morning, Yolanda said she's call me but still hasnt! Thats poor service!
