Given the run around at Coastal College

I have spoken to numerous staff at Coastal FET College- Swinton Campus, to enquire about registration dates. in 2013, i was also given incorrect information which caused me to miss the deadline date.
due to my line of work, i am unable to just take a day off therefore i contacted the campus telephonically in order to take a day off to register. Last year i was told that registration closes at the end of January, however when i contacted them today, i was informed that registration has closed for the semester and will reopen in March 2014. I called the university back just to get some clarity and then was informed that registration will open in April 2014 but i should call at the beginning of March just to confirm. I honestly believe that a college of such a high statute should have these things documented and have staff which are knowledgeable. due to their poor knowledge, i know have to wait for the second time to register.
