Incorecct Billing and Harassment

I have been harassed by PC training and Business college for the past couple of years.

In 2008 i enrolled with PC training and Business College to study PC engineering. While studying there, I was not happy with the course and decided to de-register. I deregistered halfway through the year, at the end of the first semester. I informed the college of this and made all the necessary payments as requested.

Two years (2010) later I received a call from the college claiming that i owed them money. I went to the college and got them to check their records and was told that the issue had been resolved.

Yesterday and today I received calls from the College yet again saying that I owed them money. I tried explaining the issue to the agents but was met with a rude attitude, shouted at and was threatened. The agents threatened to blacklist me if I did not make any payments. Then hung up.

I found this very annoying, the fact that I have settled my account with the college yet i still get calls from them every couple of years and now I'm being bullied by them which I find very offensive and inappropriate. I would like to take further action against the college.
