School with no rules its a Zoo

I am a concerned parent about how Kensington Seconadry school is runned the children do what they want they wear makeup to school dress any how and they smoke out side the school main gate no control the childrens grades have droped from last term till now and nothing is being done I have never been invited to a school or parents meeting the whole year its a real zoo.
