NQF LEVEL 5 JOURNALISM CERTIFICATE NOT RECEIVED

I paid 3000.00 for my certificates, i only recieved one for Advertising, and not the one for NQF LEVEL 5 Journalism, i am deeply concerned, because two of my former classmates received their belongs, its been two whole years and i am still waiting for my certificate, i want to furrther my studies but i can not because i do not have my certificate, please help because i could not write without paying the amount, i need help not only for me, but for the rest of my classmates, its not fair at all my student number is JEP09182
