Soltech College
Not received my nqf 4 certificate and trade test

I havent received my nqf 4 certificate we asked them to post it but nothing came yet!! I've done my trade test. Section 28 but soltech made a promise even gave me a certificate stating i have a section 13 certificate and thats wat i need! There was a problem between soltech and desto college and now i must receive a section 28 certificate but done section 13 leanership and still no sign of trade test certificate for 3years!! If nothing happens im taking legal action.
