NO ASSISTANCE IN APPLYING FOR CREDITS

I have a national diploma from UJ and want to study for a degree in Accounting, each time i call the call centre i'm told i must just read my academic record from UJ and compare it to the course modules i want to study and see which ones are similar and then apply for credits for them. This makes no sense to me, UNISA should tell me what they will credit me based on my passed modules from UJ. I have missed numerous application dates because of this administrative problem, a petty one at that. All i want is for someone from UNISA to state which modules i should apply for credits for and how then after they have been approved, can i start with my studies.'

I'm even thinking calling the call centre is not effective enough, i'm willing to take time off work and go in, but UNISA is known for long queues, being given the run around& still they close their doors without having to assist you. I'm willing to come and see someone, i just want to know who and what time can i get help with this administrative problem that i've been experiencing for months.
