UNISA has decided never to answer another phone

I have only today and tomorrow left to register with UNISA. In 2008 I discontinued my open BA Degree for financial reasons but I am trying to return to my studies this year. Now I see some information about 5 "fundamental modules" that must be taken in any general BA. This would drastically change the structure of my studies and I desperately need to know whether this applies to me as I am already 7 modules into my degree which I began in 2007. If I have to do these modules then I need to register for some of them now before the end of tomorrow but I can't get hold of anyone from UNISA. The phones just ring or give the engaged signal ad infinitum.

Also, I am very unhappy with these so called fundamental modules which appear to be nothing more than time and money wasters and since there was no such nonsense when I started my studies, I will be extremely ticked off if I have to pay for and study useless modules that I never agreed to.

Do I have any choice with these modules?? Thank-you for you attention.
