Waiting for UNISA study exemption response

I am currently a UNISA student, but I couldnt register for the modules I wanted to do this semester because UNISA still haven't gotten back to me regarding study exemptions that I've applied for mid last year.

A friend of mine who studied with me at Wits University and passed all the same subjects as I did got her credits granted in a matter of weeks.

On the other hand, a few of my credits were declined, and I am still awaiting response from them for the rest.

This service is so inefficient. I mean my friend and I basically have exactly the same subjects passed from Wits, but her credits were granted, and mine were declined. And my other credits are still pending.

I applied for these credits over six months ago. This service is really poor. I need to get on with my degree, but I cant register for new modules until my credits are granted.

UNISA, please get back to me on this and help me resolve this matter.
