Unisa refuses to answer queries

During the start of the 2013 registration period I temporarily registered for a degree in Bsc. Computer Science. However after registration I realised I was a bit late and forfeited registration until the second semester. I now wish to register again for BSC.Informatics but was told to send an email or phone the department to cancel the initial temporary registration before I can register again for the second semester. I have sent numerous emails and made countless call but to no avail. The staff do not answer their phones or respond to mail. If they do answer they pickup and then drop the call before answering. I am getting tired of this as registration for this semester has started on the 03/06/2013.

I will now be disadvantaged due to time constraints. I am eager to start but Unisa seems to not give a.
