Dear Unisa

I have a simple accounts query, you debited my account without a logical explanation. I have never been in arrears with my fees, yet you charge me money to re-instate my module from last semester, I send emails and phone for 1 month and 2 days straight, no answer from you. I am frustrated because the money you took with NO freaking explanation was meant to go towards my registration for this year!!!

What more am I expected to do to to get feedback from UNISA, as for the staff members? Is it possible for one person not to answer the phone for one month straight, the person listed as in charge of account queries does NOT answer his phone, I have sent email after email and get no answer!!! Unisa PLEASE, PLEASE wake up and get rid of the ghosts you have working for you and get people who ACTUALLY DO WANT TO Work!!!

I am off right now, registration closes day after tomorrow, UNISA stop treating us like, we actually PAY for service!!! Get your act together already enough of your arrogant, service!!!
