Since I started studying through intec I always had problems and waited so long for my study materials such as my books and software cd and I complained a lot of times until Nadiemah responded and helped me get my books and software cd.
When I email her she does not alway respond immediatly because I also understand everyone is busy but she does when she has time and she has always helped me get the right things I needed
