Failure to refund and exceptionally bad service

After years of enduring Unisa's horrendous administration, it's the final straw. I registered for modules which only take place 1200km from where I stay. This was only made clear AFTER having paid. I immediately tried to cancel. This took a month. In the time since-I have been trying to get a refund. After 2 months of emailing and calling every person I could I finally get an email response saying they will not refund my R3420. Unacceptable. This is a joke of an institution that I regret having wasted my time with for years.
