Failed to register and money not returned

I registered on the 27 June 2013 at Unisa and made a payment for the tuition fees of R2475. I was eventually contacted on 11 August 2013 by a student Advisor Ms N Manisi, informing me that due to "unforeseen circumstances" they could not register me! I requested a full refund for payment made and was thereafter directed to another department 12 August 2013. I sent an email to lesabmh@unisa.ac.za requesting assistance with this and received no response. I sent an email on 15 October 2013 to study-info@unisa.ac.za and was directed to finan@unisa.ac.za. Having sent another email on 15 October 2013, I have still received NO REFUND!!! This is SHOCKING, it is Unisa's fault that I could not be registered but it becomes my problem getting my money back. Not 1 person took ownership of this and endeavored to assist, especially considering it was Unisa's problem to begin with.

UNISA's administration is beyond shocking and you can't even phone to speak to anyone.

I want my money back from UNISA and I want it ASAP. You cannot stuff up AND keep someones money for 4 months!!!
