My exemptions

Last year january i applied for exemptions at unisa which i got from another university the exemptions do not appear on my academic record i have emailed unisa several times i do not get any responses and i have gone to my regional office i get no help at all, this is very frustrating because i do not know which modules to register for next semester and this is very unproffessional of unisa. why is it taking more than a year for my exemptions to show on my academic record please sort this out unisa.
