Study Exemption - UNISA Bad Service

Unisa's bad service is really on another level. This is so frustrating and they are really hindering my studies.

I've applied for 5 exemptions last year September, after a complaint at HelloPeter, one of their consultants finally got back to me.

He promised that he will look into the matter which he did, and couple of weeks later I received a letter stating that I've been awarded 2 exemptions and they are still busy with the others.

I waited and awaited and as registration for the first semester was about to close I had to make choice of whether I waiting for the pending exemption or do this subjects again?

As i decided to register at UNISA, I was told that I can't register for those subjects as they are still pending exemption.

It has been 3 months now, and the exemption is pending, I mean what could possibly be taking so long.

I need to continue with my studies next semester but I can't, as those subject are prerequisites to the subjects I should be doing next semester.
