Unauthorized billing

Stracal ltd has given themselves the right to go into my account and debit from my account without my permission. I did call them and asked for an explanation. They did give me one of many contacts, with a gmail account. This is a new debit from my account - UBUNTHU - R99. ( All of these debits from this company, I have not dealt with any of them)
Has anybody taken this company to court? This is which they are doing. They have no right to go into my account without my permission.
