Exemptions procedure a joke

I have been trying for close on 2 months to organise an exemption for a Research methodology module at Honours level.

Following the instructions and contact details on Unisa's website for exemptions, credits and recognition of prior learning, I have sent numerous emails with the requisite DSAR04 form and academic transcript attached, and made many phone calls. The general pattern is of absolutely ZERO response thus far apart from automated responses.

Many of my emails have been returned unsent, as email addresses on the website are no longer in use. Phone numbers listed on the website are invalid. I have been transferred from one person to another, had the phone hung up on me, and am still at a complete loss.

Before assignments and fees are expected of me for this module, I would appreciate ANY response from Unisa. Surely the exemptions procedure cannot be this difficult? Unisa, your website is absolutely unhelpful in this regard and out of date.
