I was listed on itc and I still up to date have received no letter like stated in the credit act and also according to the itc and the NCR my name needs to be taken off and still it is still there also the account was paid the same day that I found out that I am listed in full so they only went and updated my itc profile "paid in full" I have been strugling now for 3monthes and sent plenty of mails begging to remove my name still not done I have tried to sort this out in a good nice manner my next step I will lodge a complaint where ever I can
