RCS Paid up lette

I admittedly was very behind on an account payment. After being listed on ITC I eventually found the funds to settle this account, which as memory serves me was around February. I currently am trying to purchase property and was denied a bond because of bad debt written off. As I was taken aback, i found i was listed by RCS as having NEVER paid this account. This is incorrect as i have in my possession a paid-up letter from RCS. I was also told that this would be updated and could take up to 6 weeks!! Are you serious??? This should have been updated as soon as the account was settled!!! This is unacceptable!! Fix it!!
