It seems the only way to get a response from Unisa is to complain on Hello Peter. I am absolutely livid because of the incompetence there. I initially complained about not being registered after paying and going through in order to get a response as to why they would not register me. I was FINALLY contacted (after airing my problem with Hello Peter) by Mrs. Fakude and told that I would need to take an extra maths course which I gladly accepted and then proceeded to register again according to Mrs. Fakude's instructions. The registration process failed due to an error on their system. I took a screenshot and sent it to Mrs. Fakude asking what I should do and if she could help. Since then I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get hold of Mrs. Fakude and the only response I have received was 2 weeks ago from an automated email saying that someone would respond as soon as possible. It is now the 26 of Feb and I am still waiting. I am appalled at how this institution is allowed to get away with this slack service delivery. I should have been registered last month already and studying now. I am furious!
