After waiting a year after my account was settled with CreditWorx, I never received my paid up letter despite numerous requests from them.

I tried to apply for a cellphone contract and was declined recently. After I ran my credit report I see that I am still listed as having an outstanding balance and my account is not listed as closed either. It does not even reflect that I had paid my account in full.

This is not good business as I have emailed you numerous times and your email addresses bounce. I have called numerous times and none of your numbers work.

I want this resolved asap and my credit history updated that I paid this account off over a year ago.
