I was studying office computing"shortcourse"at your institution in 2011 which started on february. My first payment was R1410 but i paid R1910 and my monthly installment was R660 for 5 months. I received a letter and an sms says my account is in arrears then i went to the campus with proof of payment at their finance department and they said they will fix the problem.i went there for more than 15 times but they kept telling me the same story up until now in 2013.
