2013 Delayed Registration

I've always registered online with Unisa without any issues. Normally I would receive my study material within 3 days of registering online and making payment but this year is a nightmare. I registered online on 02 January 2013 and an error came up confirming that I do not meet the requirements for 3 modules, however according to the qualification code and course layout, these modules do not have any pre or co requisites. For another module, I am required to take a second year module as pre-requisite, yet this second year module does not form part of the course layout and I would not be getting credits towards my degree for this module.

I submitted an online report querying this and since then my registration has been reflecting as "in progress". On 02 January 2013, I only received an e-mail from Prof M Mosimege confirming my information and saying that a registration form has been posted to me (this defeats the purpose of online registration and I still have not received the form). They do not respond to any e-mails and there is no progress on the registration which closes 25 January 2013. This delay means less time to study... very frustrating.
