No reply to my emails and no proof of payment

On 26 February 2013 I asked Sharmiela to confirm receipt of payment because money had been deducted from my account on 22 February 2013 to settle my account with the College. I sent many emails asking her to send me proof of payment from them. To this day she had not replied to any of my emails.

When we had agreed on the settlement she replied quickly but now that I need a receipt from her, she is not replying.
I have always been treated like royalty by the staff of College SA and reccomend people to the institution. That's why this is very strange to me.
