? cancellation?

December 2012/January 2013 I left a complaint here about a cancellation I made and they never cancelled it. The day after we received a phone call regarding the matter and to our surprise the service was really good. Now again we get no response from them as to if it is cancelled or not and after numerous phone calls and emails still no reply. In the mean while I still received messages from their debt collectors for an outstanding amount. Please I would like some answers. Why do i need to make threads and go public each time i want something done.its not my fold if you can not do your job and do not know how to fix your mistakes. Never in my life have I received this type of service. As a boss i would fire the person who give my company name such a bad name.
