Cancellation of a course

Morning,

I have to report this incident from intec college.my wife applied a course of Matric the old curriculum last month, and she decided to cancel the course before the first deduction which is before 14 days elapsed. I sent the cancellation email but no response was sent to acknowledge that the email was received.

My complaint is based on the fact that intec will deduct the installment at the end of the month while the course has been cancelled already. Can someone assist me before they do that.plus i have already paid the deposit fee which i feel i won't get it back. thank you in advance.
