Trade test done 2012/03/20

My daughter done trade test 2012/03/20 and past, she is still waiting for her red seal. she called and me in person and emailed and faxed more that 200 times now for a year almost and still no answer. They keep saying there gone call back or just drop the line. There are useless and incompedent to do there work and should be fired on the spot!!! My daughter cant get signed on or a good work because of there lazy and iqs of 15.I willtake them to court for loss of income for a year due to there lazy. How can we run a country with such dead lazy people??? no wonder this country is what it is today.
