First Choice Varsity College
UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE AND FALSE PERCEPTION

I recently enrolled at First choice varsity college and after spending 2 days there i was not satisfied with the lecturers as they did not seem professional and with the way the varsity was run. They did not issue students with timetables and stationary on the dates as promised. Students were addressed by most staff members in zulu and as i speak english i could not understand. They now say exams have to be written in durban at the expense of the students which was not told when we were registering. A certain lecturer could not even solve a basic math problem. I have paid a deposit of R2500 and a registration fee of R300.When asked if i could be refunded just the deposit i was told i could not and it is stipulated on the registration form. I then agreed to forfeit my deposit and asked Celestian for a letter of cancellation which he said he will give me the following day. When i called him back the following day he said i am now liable for the full amount of R12 000. I am currently unemployed and I feel this is an injustice to me as i never actually spent any constructive time there or used any of their limited facilities.
Please can you help me as i have no where else to turn to.
