Not following procedures before expelling my child

I was fond of this school, but no longer. My 5 year old son was attending the pre-school from July last year, but was expelled this week. He has "sensory processing disorder", and has had a difficult background due to domestic disputes he saw in the past. I discussed his background with the pre-school principle, and she was understanding... last year. This year the real problems started. Because of his sensory disorder the kids would basically antagonise him and "push his buttons" so that he would lose his temper and lash out. After signing 5 incident reports, the next day I made an appointment again with the principle, and we came to an agreement that we would move him from aftercare into a smaller environment, however he wouldn't' go, so it was agreed we would wait until the end of the month. After another incident a document was handed to me to get my son to a paediatrician and therapy. The VERY NEXT DAY that I had made BOTH appointments, I was then called by the principle and told that my child was not allowed back! They DID NOT follow procedures as previously the principle told me if therapy doesn't work, then they would only expel him! He wasn't even given a chance!
