Trade test certificate

I qualified in oktober2010 at desto college in pretoria as a electrician and ever since that date i havent received my trade test certificate its going for 3years, everytime i ask mandla they say they are busy with it but MOre than 2 years? My employers are not happy with this they need the results and and i dont have a answer PLEASE HELP ITS A MATTER OF URGENCY i can loose my!!! renier van wyk ID 8601245360083
