Edu-loan
Eduloan debited me three (3) times

End of january, Eduloan debited me three (3) times and it is not showing on my eduloan statement, but it is showing on my bank statement. They asked me to send them my bank statemet and I did. Now they have gone quite. They are not updating my statement nor me.

Firstly, I do not know why they debited me three (3) times, and if there is a reason, why is is not showing on my eduloan statement.
