Eduloan's degrading, humiliating attitude!!

On Friday, 24 January 2014 at 13:04 I spoke to Khethiwe over the phone. She was very supercilious and rude. She was not willing to help me. There was a 10 minute period where she was ignoring me - wouldn't answer me or pay mind to me, but she was still on the phone.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THIS CALL I AM TALKING ABOUT AS ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. YOU CAN HEAR FOR YOURSELF THE DEGRADING WAY WITH WHICH THIS KHETIWE SPOKE TO ME AND HOW SHE IGNORED ME.

She that she was not allowed to check my query, when on 22 January 2014, Ntombi Masego had agreed to do so when the airtime cut off.

I then lodged a complaint with Veronica, on the 24 January 2014 after the call with Khethiwe, around 1pm. She said that somebody from Eduloan would call me withing 48 hours.

I have been financing for my son's education at UOFS since 2010. There is no other option to finance my son. NSFAS will not even consider me because they say of I qualify for Eduloan - they cannot help. The account number UF100012967 was paid up in December. This year, the campus branch said they cannot fund my son because the account did not appear as paid up. They referred me to the head office
This is my son's last year.
