INTERNET BANKING PAYMENT NOT RESOLVED

I paid off my loan account to Eduloan (Pyt) Ltd on the 06/08/2013 for an amount of R2, 930.00 via internet banking and I have followed it ever since and Eduloan says my payment doesn't appear on their records but Standard Bank confirmed money coming out from my account into Eduloan
