Worst Service EVER!!!

I applied for an Eduloan and it has been such a nightmare, every time I call there's a new person that I have to speak to and explain my story from scratch. I'm in my 4th week of calling and being told, "your loan has been approved but we are still finalising, it should be done tomorrow". Everyday I call it's the same story, "check tomorrow". I am now approaching closing date and my fees are still not paid. This is THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE EDULOAN. Never encountered such bad and frustrating service in my life!!!
